Since its inception in 2019, Cars for Community has raised over $180,000 in cumulative giving for local programs that are meeting the immediate needs of 1 in 4 people in our community. 

How does it work? From September 1st until the end of November, participating dealerships across Hastings and Prince Edward counties donate $10 or $25 from the sale of each vehicle! Funds raised will stay right here at home, supporting 40 agencies and 48 local programs currently funded by United Way Hastings & Prince Edward’s annual fundraising campaign.

In 2024, Cars for Community raised $36,535! This year, Cars for Community raised a RECORD-BREAKING amount for our community. Stay tuned for the big announcement at United Way’s Achievement Event, Thursday February 19th!
